Car Seat Buggy 2 in 1 - Combos That Are Easy to Use
Car seat buggy 2 in 1 combines two of the most important baby equipment pieces that is the infant car seat and stroller. It makes hopping off and on public transportation (and walking up and down the stairs) much more convenient.
One of the best options for this is the Doona infant car seat and stroller combo. It's the first fully integrated travel system that allows you to switch from the car seat to the stroller without causing disruption to your baby.
Simple to use

Car seat and stroller combos that are easy to use are a must for parents. These systems let you easily switch between running errands walking the dog before going for an exercise. You can also keep up with the ever-changing needs of your child, so you can take your family on adventures. Our testers love how easily and smoothly these travel systems glide, whether they have only one front wheel or a swiveling rear wheel. The Thule Urban Glide 2 Combo and the BOB Alterrain Pro combo are especially easy to move however, the Baby Jogger City Mini GT 2 Combo and the BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Combo can be pulled easily using just one hand.
Certain models are difficult to remove or attach from the base. The Doona Combo requires a two step process of attachment, and straps that cover the bottom portion of the infant carrier. It's tempting to skip the steps, but it could lead to dangerous results.
Some models are more difficult to fold or store than others, which makes them less practical. The Graco FastAction 3-in-1 Car Seat Stroller, for example, is difficult to fold due to its huge dimensions and heavy frame. It also has a tiny canopy, which some testers find to be disappointing. On the other hand the Britax Parkway Click and Go Combo is very easy to fold with the pull of a lever and a snap of the button. It is also a great option for parents who are planning on using their car seats on vehicles of other people as it can be quickly detached from the base and reattached to any standard stroller.
Easy to Fold
Whether you're storing the car seat on its own, in the trunk of your car or even in the closet, it should be easy to fold and unfold. The most efficient combinations we've tried fold easily in one hand and are sturdy enough to be used on long walks. They are also easy to move and glide smoothly over uneven surfaces. Certain combos are only attached and detached by straps. This may feel like a second step, and can make it difficult for parents to secure their car seat correctly.
We are awestruck by the BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Combo for its convenient features and sturdy construction which includes a large storage basket that can be accessed from the front to back. SafeCenter LATCH, an exclusive feature of the BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Combo makes it simple to install a car seat by connecting the lower anchors and pulling the straps tightly.
It's also fairly light and compact, making it a great option for families and frequent travelers with multiple vehicles. Both the Baby Jogger City Mini GT 2 Combo, and the Thule Urban Glide 2 scored high in our ease of use tests. Both come with a single front wheel that is easy to push (one-handed! Both have one front wheel that is easy to push (one-handed!). They also have a movable spinner wheel, ideal for shopping and running errands. The only drawback is that they are heavy and can be difficult to lift when carrying a child in a car seat.
Easy to Assemble
Some stroller and car seat combinations are difficult to put together. We found that the UPPAbaby Cruz v2 Combo was one of the easiest to put together, and it even includes a handy quick-start guide that makes putting this travel system together easy. Other models, including the UPPAbaby Minu and UPPAbaby Vista V2 Thule urban Glide 2 and Baby Trend Snap-N-Go EX Universal were also easy to assemble. However the BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Combo is difficult to put together because it requires two steps to assemble - attaching the lower anchors and using straps that go over the bottom of the carrier. It's heavy so it takes two people to click the carrier in the base, and then detach it.
In 2 in 1 pram stroller , we took just 5 minutes to assemble the UPPAbaby v2 Cruz. It's a fairly easy procedure when you take into account the time saved by not having to take out each piece. The toddler seat can be put together and detached easily on most of these models.
